The ball of ultra-low temperature top mounted ball valve is installed from the upper end of the valve body. It is mainly used for the valve with pipeline cut-off, which can be maintained directly online. Adjustable spring preloaded valve seat design is adopted. Under the action of spring and medium pressure, the valve seat is pushed to the ball to ensure the sealing performance under low temperature and low pressure. DBB, dib-1 and dib-2 elastic valve seat structure is adopted, with its own discharge function.

The valve seat sealing ring material of ultra-low temperature top mounted ball valve is PCTFE, and the back of the valve seat adopts the lip ring sealing structure. Due to the plastic shrinkage of the sealing surface under low temperature conditions, the spring force in the lip ring plays the role of automatic supplement of sealing to ensure the sealing performance under low temperature conditions. The lip seal ring is made of low temperature resistant material Elgiloy + PTFE, which has excellent sealing performance under the working condition of - 196 ℃.

The valve body is integrally cast with few leakage points.

The extended bonnet design and isolation plate ensure that the valve stem packing will not freeze at low temperature and ensure the sealing performance.

The valve stem is sealed with low leakage graphite packing.

The valve stem is designed to prevent flying out, fire and static electricity.

The ultra-low temperature top mounted ball valve has the advantages of simple and rapid disassembly on the pipeline and convenient and fast maintenance. When the valve fails on the pipeline and needs to be repaired, it is not necessary to disassemble the valve from the pipeline. Just remove the bonnet bolts and nuts, remove the bonnet and valve stem assembly from the valve body, and then take out the ball and valve seat assembly, so as to repair the ball and valve seat online and save maintenance time.
