Structural features:
The upper part of the valve is composed of valve cover and stuffing box, which is conducive to rapid disassembly and in-situ maintenance. The structure of the inclined valve stem and the shape design of the flow channel make the medium close to a straight line. The valve has a CV value of *, resulting in a lower pressure drop than other types of valves.
The valve body is overlaid with cemented carbide sealing surface by special process (the surface of the sealing surface is hardened as a whole), and the structure is more compact. The conical sealing surface design makes it possible to seal with less axial force, which can provide reliable sealing and long service life.
The valve disc guided by the middle cavity of the valve body has upper and lower guide rings, and the top and bottom of the valve disc are guided at the same time to form a piston valve disc guided in the middle cavity of the valve body in the whole process, which can cause jamming, surface, valve rod bending, valve disc vibration and other phenomena due to various improper forces. The guide ring at the bottom of the valve disc passes 90% of the fluid in a nearly linear way, effectively eliminating all adverse reactions caused by side impact. These characteristics make the valve very suitable for the rapid "discharge" and "drainage" system of steam in power station.
The sealing surface of the valve disc is overlaid with cemented carbide, which has the mechanical characteristics of *, wear resistance and erosion resistance, and can maintain the long service life of the valve.
The valve stem packing adopts imported special packing, which can play a leak proof effect, and is durable and easy to disassemble. The seal between the stuffing box and the valve body adopts 316 high mesh flexible graphite gasket, which is assembled with torque, safe and reliable, and prevents external leakage.
The pneumatic device is used as the actuator to control the valve accurately, safely and effectively.
The stuffing box adopts special structural design to ensure sufficient strength and good thermal characteristics.
