1. Undertake various business work, sign purchase and sales contracts with suppliers and conduct business negotiations.
2. Be responsible for the production of product inquiry and cost analysis, and implement and improve the cost reduction and control scheme.
3. Be responsible for tracking the delivery date and providing the accuracy of delivery product data and packaging.
4. Cooperate with internal personnel of the company to complete the review of order parameters.
5. Be responsible for handling the payment settlement of suppliers and the arrangement of payment on arrival
6. Be responsible for establishing good cooperative relationship with suppliers.
7. Be responsible for various accounts and statements formulated in the workflow.
8. Complete other work arranged by the company's leaders.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, female is preferred.
2. At least 1 year working experience as a clerk.
3. Familiar with procurement process, good communication skills, negotiation skills and cost awareness
4. Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking and strong team spirit
5. Good professional ethics and quality, able to work under pressure.
